Step One
Browse “Our Properties” and click on “Vacancies” which links to available units - contact the leasing agent listed on that page.
Schedule a private showing or attend one of our Open Houses to view a property.
Step Two
If interested in leasing a property, submit the following to the Leasing Agent:
Completed Rental Application for each prospective tenant/co-signer
$60 Cash Application Processing/Credit Check fee per application
Holding Deposit of $500 - $1000 holds the unit for you while your application is processed.
Application processing generally takes 1-2 business days. Applicants will be notified upon completion.
Step Three
If your application is approved:
We will meet you at the property or ask you to come to our office located at 412 N La Cienega Blvd to execute the lease. This generally occurs within 3-5 days of application approval.
At lease signing, you will provide the remainder of the balance due, (First month's rent + security deposit, minus the holding deposit provided when your application was submitted).
We will ask you to provide photo identification.
We will review all terms and conditions with you.
Keys and remotes will be provided at the time of initial walk-through.
If your application is denied:
Your holding deposit will be returned to you.
If you do not execute the lease, or you change your mind after applying: Your deposit will not be refunded and will be kept as liquidated damages.
General Information :
We will consider small house pets at some locations.
Increased Security Deposit or Co-signer may be required.
Application processing includes a credit check. Sorry, we will not accept a credit report furnished by the applicant.
